Theme

This is the first gathering of the Bolton Clandestine Cake Club, and what better way to start than by having a chat about our favourite things. Whether you’re a total novice or seasoned baker, all are welcome to share in our love of baking and eating cake.
We all have a cake that we either like to make or just enjoy eating. Bring what makes you happy! Spring is on its way, so banish those winter blues with a little of what you like!

Horwich.

Our first cakey meeting is in a Deli cum cafe and cook shop in the centre of Horwich. Where refreshments are available for us to buy and enjoy with our cakes. Exact location details will be sent nearer the time.

Points to remember.

Each cake must be large enough to slice into around 8 – 12 good slices. Sorry, but No cupcakes, Muffins, Brownies, Cookies, Pies or Tarts.

Home-bakers and professional bakers can join in. It’s not a competition, no judging, just a lot of fun. And you get to take cake home.
