It’s one year since I started the Clandestine Cake Club gathering for Newcastle upon Tyne and we’re going to celebrate, hell yeah!
So oven on, pinny on, fire up the kitchenaid (or flex your biceps)…
Bake a cake from your Clandestine Cake Baking year, or if you’re new to Clandestine Cake Club bake a cake worth celebrating!

Venue: A hip & trendy cafe near Newcastle City Centre,within walking distance from Central Station
Additional venue info: The venue is opening late for us, so there’s a small charge £1 per person (baker & non-baker)
The venue sells a delicious range of drinks (hot & cold) – so bring some money for them

Points to remember

  • Each cake must be large enough to slice into around 8 – 12 good slices.
  • Sorry, but NO cupcakes, Muffins, Brownies, Cookies, Pies or Tarts.
  • Home-bakers, professional bakers and men can join in. It’s not a competition, no judging, just a lot of fun. And you get to take cake home.
  • A baker can bring a guest but you must indicate this at the time of booking
