It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas...

Our December meeting is just a couple of weeks before Christmas, but will hopefully be a welcome break from the frantic Christmas shopping and general madness of the season. Relax, unwind and sip a gingerbread latte at a fantastic little spot. Our theme is an invitation to make your festive cake favourites. Take inspiration from:
Childhood memories
A twist on a theme
Christmas tipples
Decorations
Carols
Winter warmers

This is a special cake club.
*** For the first time ever it is for bakers only as this will be a small gathering limited to just 15 people.***

Because numbers are limited, please double check that you are available before taking a space, especially as the venue is opening especially for us...
Venue: A beautiful cafe with a cake club loving owner - a match made in heaven!
Additional venue info: The venue offers a wide range of soft and hot drinks, including some beautiful seasonal specialities. They also stock some fantastic stocking fillers like bakeware, children's cookery things, kitchenalia and a wide range of deli items such as preserves and chutneys. There is parking nearby, but the area will be quiet as most of the other shops will be shut.

  • Details of the event you are booking for
  • Are you bringing a guest, if so what is their name
  • What cake are you bringing, you can decide later.

Points to remember

  • Each cake must be large enough to slice into around 8 – 12 good slices.
  • Sorry, but NO cupcakes, Muffins, Brownies, Cookies, Pies or Tarts.
  • Home-bakers, professional bakers and men can join in. It's not a competition, no judging, just a lot of fun. And you get to take cake home.
  • A baker can bring a guest but you must indicate this at the time of booking
