The date for this event is very nearly Christmas and this event is definitely 'glitzmas'!
Manchester's City Centre, North and South CCC groups have joined forces to bring you the event of the year. So drag out that party dress or tidy up the tuxedo and create a cake that reflects the flavours, style or appearance of your favourite cocktail or mocktail.
I have heard that the likes of Daniel Craig and Dame Judi Dench have been spotted very near our location - we might not get to see them but maybe Tom Collins or Harvey Wallbanger will make an appearance, I just hope that bloody Mary doesn't turn up....
Venue: A glamorous location with ample parking close to the M60 and numerous bus routes....

Hot and cold drinks, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase - treat yourself to a cocktail to match your cake!

  • What cake are you bringing, you can decide later.

Our venue is quite large, so there is no cap on numbers for this event. However, if you can't make it for any reason, please do let us know in advance so we know how many to expect on the night. Thank you.

Points to remember

  • Each cake must be large enough to slice into around 8 – 12 good slices.
  • Sorry, but NO cupcakes, Muffins, Brownies, Cookies, Pies or Tarts.
  • Home-bakers, professional bakers and men can join in. It's not a competition, no judging, just a lot of fun. And you get to take cake home.
  • A baker can bring a guest but you must indicate this at the time of booking
