Hygge Comfort Food Cakes

  • Norwich, City Centre

We are going to be exploring the Danish art of Hygge in April with our take on Comfort Food Cakes.

Hygge (pronounced hue-guh not hoo-gah) is a Danish word used to describe a warm, cosy feeling: like snuggling up under a blanket, a mug of hot chocolate, sitting by candlelight or a crackling fire, or enjoying a delicious cake with friends.

You can make a Danish or Scandinavian cake or you can bake a cake that brings you comfort. It could be inspired by your favourite hot drink or something you crave after a bad day.
