Merry kitchmas is the theme. Basically any Xmas bake with decorations, can be low key or in your face decorations. Hope that helps

250g dark chocolate
250g chesnut puree
4 eggs separated
125g caster sugar
Melt chocolate and butter stir in chestnut puree
Whisk egg yolks and and suger
Whisk egg whites till stiff
